Accounts On Call was established in 2009 by Jacqui Ridsdale. Having recently been a victim of the onset of the recession, Jacqui found herself without employment due to the company she was employed by going into voluntary liquidation. After scoping the papers and online job search websites it became evident that not only were there very limited job opportunities , but that the current small businesses would prefer to use outsourced bookkeepers rather than taking on another staff member.
With over 25 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting covering a wide range of industry types using various accounting packages, Jacqui enjoys working alongside business owners and their staff to create a more effective administrative and accounting process.
Jacqui has her intermediate certificate in Chartered Institute of Secretaries and is currently doing a Small Business Management course through Open Polytechnic. She is a MYOB approved partner and Xero Certified, and belongs to the NZ Bookkkeepers Association.
The needs of the Accounts on Call customers are of utmost importance and it is for this reason that Jacqui and the Accounts on Call team strive to meet those deadlines set by the client while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
